Our Covid Roadmap

24th March 2020

Our Covid Roadmap

Abbey Centre is back to business 👊 Boy, did we miss you!

All non-essential retail is now open. Our hospitality remains takeaway / delivery, unless outdoor.

🚦Our centre opening hours are as follows;
Monday – Friday: 09.00-21.00
Saturday: 09.00-18.00
Sunday: 10.00-18.00

Individual store times will vary. We advise you to call before making the journey if you are interested in visiting a specific store.

As per the Executive roadmap, we are hoping licensed and unlicensed premises can operate indoors from MAY 24 (indicative date). This means that every food and beverage retailer, as well as our Food Court can fully reopen.

Our top priority continues to be to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our shoppers and retailers. We continue to work closely with our local public bodies to maintain rigorous health and safety measures.

Thank you for your continued support. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

Our New Shopping Experience

Some of our new health and safety measures include:

Implementing strict social distancing measures to ensure your safety with signage throughout the centre.

One way system – Please walk on the left within the mall and on the stairs.

Providing hand sanitising stations throughout the mall for your safety and hygiene*.

Face covering – Please see our Face Covering Policy here

Limiting the use of lift facilities to two people at a time or one household.

Dedicated Covid Marshals are on hand for your safety.

Elevated mall cleansing and sanitation.

Customer Services

All public toilets are accessible including those leading to Car Park C Level 1 and located upstairs from Car Park B.

Please note that the Centre will not be providing mobility aids or mall seating during this period.

Our customer service desk provision is also on hold.

Purchase your Abbey Centre gift card at our kiosk, located on the mall, beneath Car Park C Level 1. Our Gift Card is redeemable in over 70 stores, with a 12 month validity. Load any amount between £5 and £500. Check it out here.

Ticketmaster News – Refunds for tickets purchased at the Ticketmaster outlet in Abbey Centre can be obtained via the following link – www.ticketmaster.ie/outletrefund

Retail

Individual stores will manage their own trading hours, phased entry process and socially distanced in-store experience. Most retailers are limiting the handling of products and encouraging contactless payments where possible. The fitting room experience has also been modified.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverage retailers will manage their own trading hours and phased order process. Most encourage contactless payments where possible. Socially distanced seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

Once you have finished your meal in our Food Court, please dispose of your waste in the nearest bin provided and place your empty tray stacked on top of the bin for sanitising.

Additional Help

If you require any additional help whilst visiting please speak to a member of the Abbey Centre team. Alternatively, you can contact us in advance of your visit on 02890 868018 / info@abbeycentreshopping.co.uk
